The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. About George Ameal Wilson

George Ameal Wilson

George Ameal Wilson, spent his formative years in Texas, where he developed his love for cowboys, watching western movies with his grandmother. He is also fascinated with Native Americans. After moving to Los Angeles, he earning a B.A. in fine arts from California State College Los Angeles He had shows in Los Angeles, Denver, Tucson and Seattle. He recently moved to Nevada where he is still committed to his art. Some of his jury shows, Fairmont Hotel in Denver Colorado 1980, where he won best of show. The Green Valley Library Nevada, He took best in oils. He studied under Si Fountain for five years, he was also a student of Joseph Gibby for two years.
